A Chick-fil-A location along FM 1960 in north Houston is temporarily closed and undergoing renovations, according to a May 28 email from a company spokesperson.

The remodel will convert the location into a “drive thru-focused location designed for speed and efficiency,” according to the email. Upon completion, the remodeled store will feature:
  • A dual-lane drive thru
  • A drive-thru lane dedicated to orders placed on Chick-fil-A’s mobile app
  • A carryout walk-up window
The store, which has been owned by franchisee Kevin Caddenhead for 28 years, closed Feb. 1 for the remodel. For updates on the store’s reopening this summer, visit the location’s social media pages by clicking here or here.
