Inka Brasas is now open in the former location of Banh Mi Eatery HTX on FM 2920, according to a message from the business. Inka Brasas serves Peruvian cuisine such as ceviche and Peruvian tamales, according to the business’s social media. Banh Mi Eatery HTX opened along FM 2920 in December 2022.
