Senor Burrito Co. is serving burritos, burrito bowls, street tacos, tortas and birria-based dishes for lunch and dinner at its new restaurant in Spring. Previously located at 403 Eats, a food truck park in Tomball, this is the first brick-and-mortar location for the eatery, which was founded in 2019. The fast-casual Mexican restaurant also serves breakfast daily with menu items ranging from chilaquiles and huevos rancheros to eggs Benedict and chicken and waffles.
