Spring Weight Loss & B12 Clinic is a medical weight loss and wellness center that opened off Spring Cypress Road in July. Services at the Spring Health Center include personalized health assessments, weight management solutions, wellness programs and vitamin supplement injections.

Trifecta Therapy

Founded two years ago, Trifecta Therapy offers Eastern and Western techniques of massage therapy including medical Swedish, Thai and sports massages and stretches. New clients interested in services can call and book an appointment to receive patient-centered care, officials said.

The new Amped Fitness location has a women's only section, cold plunges, red light therapy saunas, tanning, dry saunas and an athletic zone. Memberships start at $14.99, but there is a free three-day pass for those interested in the gym, per the website.

Per EoS Fitness officials, the 43,761-square-foot, full-service gym features premium cardio, strength equipment as well as group fitness classes. The new location offers Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner, providing detailed data about your body through 40-plus fitness measurements, and includes a cold plunge, hot tub and infrared saunaStay Sharp Personal Training

Per officials, Stay Sharp Personal Training will offer personal training, nutrition coaching, kickboxing, body sculpting and spray tanning. In addition, Munguia said Stay Sharp Personal Training will soon offer yoga and pilates classes.Woodlands Fitness and Wellness Studio

The gym offers one-on-one personal training, fitness classes, strength training classes, Pilates and Zumba, Lindsay said. The manager and head trainer also said they would like to offer classes for kids in the future.
