Childcare program The Learning Corner Academy opened Oct. 23 in the Spring-Klein area, marking the academy’s second location, owner Marite Morales confirmed.

The details

The academy offers care for children from six weeks to 12 years old, Morales said and is part of Texas Rising Star, a statewide childcare quality rating and improvement system.

The program also offers part-time, after-school and before-school care, according to a filing with Texas Health and Human Services. Transportation is available, and meals and snacks are provided, per the filing.
