A Kroger location in Spring will undergo renovations this summer, said Shayna Barrett, corporate affairs manager for The Kroger Co., via email. The remodel is set to begin July 26 and is slated to be finished by Oct. 31.

What's happening

The Kroger location will be open during the remodel, Barrett said. The work on the store will include:
  • New store decor
  • New items for the meat, seafood and deli departments
  • An expanded frozen seafood section
  • New bakery cases and tables
Kroger grocery stores offer produce, fresh and frozen food, prepackaged goods, pharmacy services and more, according to the business’s website. The Kroger Co. owns multiple other grocery store brands including Fred Meyer, City Market, Fry’s Food Stores and Ralphs.
