Chelsea Farley’s health journey began in 2018 with her business, Farley's Fit Kitchen, when she decided to transform her lifestyle with healthier options.

“I went through a big health transformation. I became sober, and I started meal prepping for myself,” Farley said. “And then shortly thereafter, I thought, ‘Why not just do this [as a business] on the weekends?’”

What’s in a name

Named for her father, Farley's Fit Kitchen offers nutritious meals inspired by Farley’s father’s recipes, which have been modified to be healthier.

“The name Farley's is paying homage to my dad,” she said. “To stay true to the fact that that's the person who taught me everything I know in cooking and to carry on the Farley name.”

Growing up with a single father who was a chef and owner of a food truck on Kuykendahl Road, Farley said her cooking aspirations began when she was 10 years old. At 14, Farley said she was running her father’s food truck on her own.

What they offer

Farley’s health transformation led her to study and try a variety of diets, including keto, vegetarian and carnivorous. As a result, Farley's Fit Kitchen offers customizable meals tailored to each individual's needs for a variety of diets.

With in-store shopping, in-store pickup and delivery services offered to customers within a 40-mile radius for a fee of $7, Farley's Fit Kitchen offers meals ranging from $5-$12.

The menu changes every six months and includes a variety of meals that can be ordered and modified via the business’s website. Nutritional and macro information is also listed on the website.
