“I went through a big health transformation. I became sober, and I started meal prepping for myself,” Farley said. “And then shortly thereafter, I thought, ‘Why not just do this [as a business] on the weekends?’”
What’s in a name
Named for her father, Farley's Fit Kitchen offers nutritious meals inspired by Farley’s father’s recipes, which have been modified to be healthier.
“The name Farley's is paying homage to my dad,” she said. “To stay true to the fact that that's the person who taught me everything I know in cooking and to carry on the Farley name.”

What they offer
Farley’s health transformation led her to study and try a variety of diets, including keto, vegetarian and carnivorous. As a result, Farley's Fit Kitchen offers customizable meals tailored to each individual's needs for a variety of diets.
With in-store shopping, in-store pickup and delivery services offered to customers within a 40-mile radius for a fee of $7, Farley's Fit Kitchen offers meals ranging from $5-$12.

The menu changes every six months and includes a variety of meals that can be ordered and modified via the business’s website. Nutritional and macro information is also listed on the website.
Farley said some crowd favorites include brisket breakfast tacos, verde chicken enchiladas and the Southwest scramble.

Farley said she hopes to inspire surrounding communities to see the value in eating healthy. She also noted she accepts food requests from customers to offer a healthier version of their cravings.
Farley's Fit Kitchen also supports other local small businesses with quarterly markets held at the business. The next business market is taking place Oct. 27 from 9 a.m.-noon and will feature a Halloween trunk-or-treat theme.
