PJ's Coffee is planning to open a new location at 16000 Stuebner Airline Road, Spring. The New Orleans-based coffeeshop will offer a variety of hot and iced coffee and espresso-based beverages, as well as frozen and blended beverages, energy drinks, hot and iced teas, and smoothies. Pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and beignets—a New Orleans staple—will also be on the menu. A projected opening date for the new coffeeshop had not been announced as of press time.
