Brad and Effie Stees—owners of Envy Wine Room and Prohibition Texas—are planning to open their third business in Old Town Spring, TX Wine and Gifts Mercantile, on Aug. 1.

According to a June 15 email from Brad Stees, the new wine tasting room and gift shop will showcase Texas wines as well as offer Texas-themed and -made gifts. The business will also host weekly winery-themed tastings.

"We will feature 80-100 Texas wines, both dry and sweet, most of which you cannot get anywhere outside of the Fredericksburg Hill Country area," Brad Stees said in a June 15 email.
