New listings

The number of new listings has remained relatively similar year over year in Pearland and Friendswood.

All ZIP codes, with the exception of 77578, saw a decrease in new listings year over year.

ZIP code 77578 had 204 listings in March 2020, compared to 174 in March 2019.

Sedona Lakes, 77578


Located at County Road 101 and Hwy. 288, Sedona Lakes offers close proximity to the Texas Medical Center, downtown Houston, Greenway Plaza and other major work centers.

Although near the city, Sedona Lakes is a suburban neighborhood, featuring lakes, wetlands and other amenities.
