Number of new listings

The number of new listings has remained relatively the same year-over-year. Only 77584 saw an increase in listings from 2018 to 2019.

Number of homes under contract

77584 had the most homes under contract in December, with 117.


Homes sold, average days on market

Most houses cost up to $499,999 and stay on the market anywhere from two to four months.

Median price of homes sold

The median price of homes sold rose year-over-year in 77089 and 77581. It fell in 77546 and 77584 and changed marginally in 77578.

Percentage of original price received

In 2018 and 2019, home-sellers across all five ZIP codes received anywhere from 95%-98% of the original asking price.
