Brazoria County has canceled jury duty for the weeks of March 16 and March 23 due to ongoing coronavirus concerns. Residents who have been summoned will not need to report for jury duty.

Brazoria County does not have any presumptive or confirmed coronavirus cases in the county as of March 12.

The county encourages preventative actions for its residents, according to a press release sent out by the county.
