After originally being set to open in May 2024, Firehouse Subs is now open in Manvel as of early January, according to a social media post from Manvel Mayor Dan Davis.

The restaurant chain offers specialty subs, including pepperoni pizza meatball, Italian, steak and cheese, turkey bacon ranch and spicy Cajun chicken, among other items, according to the business's website.
