Pelican Builders will build one- and two-bedroom units totaling between around 600 and 1,200 square feet in size, according to an April 2 news release from Pelican.
Construction will begin in April and will wrap up in the second quarter of 2026, according to the release.
The complex will go in Pearland Town Center, adding a mixed-use component to an area that has dozens of stores, according to an April 2 news release from Pelican.
The new complex will have a pool, dog park, children’s play area, fitness center, business center and access to a walking trail.

In March 2024, Pearland City Council voted 4-3 to approve a zoning change in the area, which allowed for the apartments to be built, Community Impact previously reported.
In December, officials with the development filed the project, worth $53 million, with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Community Impact previously reported.
The filings called for the project to be 413,000 square feet in size and take two years to build out.
