Pearland Coffee Roasters held a soft opening for its third location in February, staff said on Feb. 19.

The shop offers a variety of lattes and drinks such as cold brews, teas and coffee, among other items. The business also sells coffee beans in a variety of flavors, according to its website.

The location will be the brand's only location outside of Pearland, which is in the building that housed the former Dunn Brothers Coffee, which Community Impact reported closed in November.
In addition to its original location in Pearland, the business opened a new "Pearwood" location in November.
