The Pearland Walmart located at 10505 Broadway St., Pearland, will celebrate its reopening on June 21, according to a Walmart news release. The reopening follows a series of remodel upgrades including tile conversion, a new building, apparel upgrades and new digital benefits.

The event, which begins at 9 a.m., will include a ribbon cutting ceremony and a grant presentation awarding $1,000 to United Way of Brazoria County, a nonprofit which works to improve the quality of life of county residents.
