Anticipated education center SMART Core Labs has opened its second location in Manvel.

Originally expected to open in December, then late April, the business established the new location in mid-May, owner Hamid Ali said.

SMART Core Labs provides STEM-based programming for youth, with after-school care, online sessions and summer camps.

Programs include robotics, coding, artificial intelligence mastery and web development.
