Former owner Jeff Barnett sold the business to Albert Rogers, a former employee, Barnett said.
The decision to sell comes after a social media post on June 18 announcing the coffee shop would permanently close its doors after 13 years of service.
Barnett made the decision to sell the business to Rogers, highlighting his confidence in the transaction.
"I received numerous offers from potential buyers, but I am very comfortable selling the business to Albert," Barnett said.
