The business offers individualized skin care treatments for clients with a variety of needs, from airbrush tanning and brow waxes to microblading and chemical peels.
Tocco said Flawless Skin Lounge differs from other similar businesses by having a medical director who oversees all of the more involved procedures. She also emphasized their dedication to and passion for continually educating themselves on the most cutting-edge skin care treatments.
“We bring the highest-quality treatments and products to people, and that is what sets us above the competition,” Tocco said.
Pugh said her favorite part of the business is seeing the results after treatment, especially when it helps the client feel beautiful.
“I’ve had clients who saw the before and after from their treatment and hugged me,” Pugh said. “That’s what lets me know I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to be doing by helping people feel better about themselves.”
Tocco and Pugh said the most challenging part of starting their business was getting everything up and running.
“Starting from zero and building up the clientele was a huge thing,” Pugh said.
This year, Flawless Skin Lounge launched its VIP Program, which has been a great success, Tocco said. The program offers members unlimited spray tans, monthly brow waxes and one high-end treatment of their choice.
“In the future, we’d love to have a larger store, or even open a second location,” Tocco said. “We’re really working on getting the name of Flawless Skin Lounge out there.”
