The local impact

Manvel Mayor Dan Davis said developments like Manvel Town Center bring the city jobs, business growth and economic opportunities.

“As Manvel continues to grow, it’s important that we balance new development with maintaining the character and quality of life that make our community special,” Davis said. “Projects like this help us do both—by creating opportunities for our residents while also building amenities that serve the families who call Manvel home.”
