Westpark Changes Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program opened in January at 7830 W. Grand Parkway S., Ste. 100, Richmond. A satellite location of Westpark Springs, it is the first outpatient program of its kind in the Houston area, which sees children ages 5 and up for mental wellness and addiction treatment.
