Pablo’s Mexican Kitchen opened Sept. 5 at 9711 S. Mason Road, Richmond. The upscale Tex-Mex eatery offers classic Tex-Mex recipes made in-house by natural cooking methods. The restaurant will offer many gluten-free options as well as to-go ordering. Although Pablo’s specializes in Tex-Mex, it also offers seafood dishes that include shrimp and crab cocktail as well as chicken and sausage gumbo. Business hours run 4-10 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday and will later extend to lunchtime hours after the first month of business.
