Real estate investment and development firm GAMAL Enterprises Inc. acquired a 10-acre tract of land in October at the northeast corner of FM 2218 and Town Center Boulevard in Rosenberg. The land will be used for a commercial retail development. Company President Kareem Gamal said the firm intends to bring in well-known retail brands that hold a national presence.
