The following high water locations have been reported on roadways around Houston and southeast Texas.
Harris County Toll Road Authority announced that due to catastrophic flooding in the region tolls on Harris County toll roads waived until further notice.
METRO Houston announced all bus and rail service has been halted. Conditions have forced the city of Houston and Harris County to shut down all but emergency services.

• I-10 Katy westbound before Loop 610 west/Hwy. 290 direct connect (all main lanes)
• I-45 Gulf northbound at W. Dallas Street (all main lanes)
• Hwy. 290 eastbound at FM 529 (three frontage road lanes)
• Hwy. 288 southbound at Sam Houston Tollway (two frontage road lanes)
• Beltway 8 North westbound at Hardy Toll Road (all main lanes)
• Hwy. 288 southbound at Macgregor Drive (all main lanes)
• I-69 northbound at Loop 610 west
• I-45 northbound at Hwy. 242 in Montgomery County (two frontage road lanes)
