Whether you are a Democrat, Republican or just need somewhere to watch the Election Day results, several watch parties are happening across the Greater Houston area:

The Harris County Democratic Party is not hosting an official watch party but is encouraging residents to attend county parties including the Houston for Hillary Election Results watch party, hosted by the Hillary Clinton Houston Campaign. The party will take place at The Republic Smokehouse Saloon, located at 1910 Bagby St., Houston. The event will begin at 5 p.m., and attendees will be able to watch as results from around the country are announced live. Free ($5 for parking) www.harriscountydemocrats.com 

The Harris County Republican Party hosts an election night watch party featuring special guest Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick at HCRP Headquarters, located at 7232 Wynnwood Lane, Houston. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and light refreshments are available. www.harriscountygop.com 

The Woodlands Residents Advocates group hosts a watch party at the Black Walnut Cafe, located at 9000 New Trails Drive, The Woodlands. Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner James Noack and Township Director Gordy Bunch will be in attendance, as well as several other local candidates. www.facebook.com/thewoodlandsresidentsadvocates

The Fort Bend County Democratic Party hosts an Election Watch Victory Party at Petrie's Sports Lounge, located at 6302 Hwy. 6, Missouri City. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and causal attire is encouraged. www.fbdemocrats.com

The Fort Bend Young Republicans host an election night watch party from 7-11 p.m. in the Insperity Club at Constellation Field, located at 1 Staduim Drive, Sugarland. The event is sponsored by U.S. Rep. Pete Olson, as well as several local candidates. www.fbyr.org
