December data shows median home sales price increasing in New Caney, Porter

Approximately 29 fewer homes sold across the two ZIP codes combined that make up Community Impact's New Caney-Porter coverage area, data for December 2025 compared with December 2024 shows.

Additionally, the median price of homes sold increased across both ZIP codes.

Data shows homes spent longer on the market in both ZIP codes.

More than 75% of homes sold in December 2025 were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
