The East Montgomery County Improvement District and Studio One Three are hosting a Hurricane Preparedness and Recovery Seminar to help residents prepare for storms. The event will feature information from local emergency personnel and a local catastrophic insurance adjuster. Door prizes—such as battery pack chargers, coolers and battery-operated fans—will be handed out, and attendees will have a chance to win a portable generator.
