New Caney ISD seeking new teachers, employees at annual career fair

The public is invited to learn about job opportunities at New Caney ISD at the district’s annual Teacher/Professional Career Fair on March 21.

The big picture

NCISD principals and administrators will be hiring teachers and other employees for the 2026-27 school year at the upcoming career fair, according to the district’s online career fair page. NCISD’s first day of school is Aug. 6.

According to NCISD’s website, examples of jobs the district is looking to hire for include:

• Teachers and teacher leaders
• School counselors
• Diagnosticians
• Special education specialists

How it works

Career fair attendees may receive an interview at the event, according to NCISD’s website. Prospective employees are asked to dress professionally and bring multiple printed copies of their resume.

Those interested in attending the job fair are encouraged to complete a job application before attending the event, according to NCISD’s website.

NCISD’s career fair will be held from 9-11:30 a.m. at West Fork High School, which is located at 180 Sorters McClellan Road, Kingwood.
