Birria Box, a food truck owned by Cristhian Rodriguez, is now offering quesabirria tacos, tortas, Tapatio ramen, aguas frescas and freshly-squeezed lemonade.

Taqueria La Indomable, a food truck serving tacos, quesadillas, burritos, tortas and baked potatoes, is now open. The business also offers sodas and aguas naturales such as horchata, jamaica and limonade.

Coming soon

Ivy Coffee Co. will be opening soon with a menu of hot and cold brewed coffees as well as:

• Cappuccinos, americanos and lattes—including a signature horchata latte, which will be offered through a collaboration with Taqueria Los Gallos food truck
• Flavored lemonades
• Ivy Boost energy drinks
• Pastries such as cookies, muffins and croffles, which will be a croissant-waffle hybrid.

The business is owned by Emma and Luis Pacheco.
