Iron Island Grill is now serving Polynesian food with a twist at The Food Zone Grand Texas in New Caney, the owner confirmed April 16.

The Iron Island menu includes items such as Hawaiian-style teriyaki chicken, barbecued pork, macaroni salad and desserts including guava cake.

While the business has previously offered event catering and participated as a vendor at farmer’s markets, this is its first permanent location.
