99 Business Center is now welcoming tenants in Porter, officials confirmed May 6.

The center features 42 spaces available for small business and car enthusiasts that range in size from 1,200-1,500 square feet. The gated facility also offers 22 enclosed on-site storage spaces.

Officials noted six of the 42 commercial/office spaces have already been leased with some of the first tenants moving in this week. Performante Wraps—a car wrap specialist previously located in Kingwood—is the center's first tenant.
