The Territory at Porter apartment complex in Porter is now under construction. The 342-unit apartment complex will include features such as a fitness center, a resort-style pool and a dog park.A new warehouse is under construction at the ArchPoint at 1485 retail center in New Caney. The Walmart Supercenter in Porter will undergo a roughly $1.9 million renovation in May. The project will consist of relocating the store’s dressing rooms, repairing the flooring, painting interior surfaces and more.Relocations

Nicole’s Italian Restaurant marked its 20th anniversary since its opening in Porter. The restaurant offers Italian pasta such as tortellini, spaghetti and lasagna, and entrees such as chicken parmigiana and veal.
