Construction on a new Jersey Mike’s Subs location—planned for 21690 Hwy. 59, Ste. 200, New Caney—is roughly 50% complete, a Splash Communications spokesperson confirmed July 5. The location, which will be a part of Valley Ranch Town Center, is expected to open at the end of August. The East Coast-based sandwich chain serves hot subs, such as the Chipotle Cheesesteak, and cold subs, such as the Club Supreme. 281-601-1174. www.jerseymikes.com
