El Tiempo Cantina will soon open a new location at 1414 Northpark Drive, Kingwood, in the Centre at Northpark development. Operator Rigo Luna, who used to work at Ninfa’s Mexican Restaurant in Kingwood, said he hopes to open the restaurant by the end of September. The Tex-Mex restaurant's menu will feature fajitas, enchiladas and quesadillas as well as an extensive drink menu featuring a variety of margaritas. www.facebook.com/eltiempokingwood
