Arturo’s Hair Designs celebrated its 15-year anniversary on March 15. The hair salon is located at 1850 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Ste. 180, Kingwood. Owner John Arthur said the salon offers haircuts, coloring, extensions and styling for women, men and children as well as facial waxing. Barbershops and salons were able to reopen May 8 with some restrictions, following order from Gov. Greg Abbott allowing the businesses to reopen.
