According to the release, The Highlands Imagination Collection will include single-family homes with six floor plans options ranging from 1,400 to 2,400 square feet of living space. Each house will be situated on a 40-foot homesite and feature two to five bedrooms and two to three full bathrooms.
Buyers will also be able to personalize their new home by choosing from 11 design packages curated by David Weekley's professional design consultants and adding optional features such as a covered porch, the release states.
As previously reported by Community Impact Newspaper, The Highlands is a new 2,310-acre master-planned community by Caldwell Communities that, upon build-out, will feature 4,000 homes starting in the $290,000s. Community amenities will range from an 18-hole semiprivate golf course to a water park with a resort-style pool and lazy river, and the community is zoned to New Caney ISD schools.
