Home sales increased in six out of seven Lake Houston-area ZIP codes in November compared to last year. ZIP code 77339 in Kingwood decreased by three homes sold. The median price of homes sold also increased in all ZIP codes except 77338, which saw a 2.09% decrease from last year.
