Kingwood Cars and Coffee

Car enthusiasts who love coffee can enjoy a little of both by bringing their cars to Whataburger for the Kingwood Classic Cruisers’ Cars and Coffee event. Event organizers will share the historical and technical aspects of their vehicles, which include American and imported vehicles and motorcycles.Bird Survey and Nature Hike

Birders and hikers of all skill levels are invited to join park naturalists and volunteers for a closer look at the wildlife at Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center. Attendees are advised to wear closed-toe shoes and bring water for the roughly two-mile hike. The free event is open to anyone age 10 and up.

Clay Sculpting

Visit the Octavia Fields Branch Library in Humble to attend a clay sculpting class. Recommended for children ages 6-11, the free art class is designed for both novice and accomplished sculpters.Tina Turner Tribute


Enjoy a music performance from Tina Turner tribute artist Cookie Watkins at the Charles Bender Performing Arts Center. Watkins will sing some of Turner’s most famous songs including “What’s Love Got To Do With It?” and “Higher.” The Humble Museum next door will be serving pre-show cocktails and holding tours before the concert begins.
