Humble ISD officials announced summer hours for elementary school playgrounds and middle school fitness courses that will be used throughout the duration of summer school.

The details

According to a June 5 news release, all of the district’s playgrounds and fitness courses will be available for public use Fridays-Sundays. However, officials said campuses hosting summer school classes will have restricted hours.

Access to HISD's playgrounds and fitness courses is coming as part of the district’s ongoing campus playground revitalization initiative, which was included in the district's $775 million bond package approved by voters in 2022.
