Humble ISD officials opened a new playground at Fall Creek Elementary in Humble on May 9. Officials noted the playground is coming as part of the district's $775 million bond approved by voters in 2022. The bug’s world-themed playground features a honeybee swing set, a clover rope climbing tower with a 16-foot slide, a caterpillar rope tunnel with a 10-foot slide and a grasshopper climbing net. District officials said the playground is open to the public when school is not in session.
