Fire Craft BBQ officials are projecting a late April completion of the Kingwood restaurant’s expanded dining area, officials announced in a March 26 news release.

The details

Per the release, the expansion will more than double the restaurant’s seating capacity, raising the number of available seats for diners from 40 to 88.

Additionally, officials said the update will include:
  • The addition of beer and wine to the restaurant’s menu
  • The addition of a 500-gallon rotisserie smoker that will increase catering capacity from 500 to more than 800 portions
  • Expanded dine-in hours to 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday-Saturday
Fire Craft BBQ offers a variety of naturally seasoned and cured meats that are slow smoked and roasted over Texas hardwoods, according to the eatery's website.

While a concrete completion date has not yet been announced, Fire Craft BBQ officials said updates will be posted to the restaurant’s Facebook page. The restaurant will remain open while work on the expansion is completed.
