Construction on a Chipotle Mexican Grill in Humble is set to begin on or after April 21 and wrap up by June 27, according to a March 6 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

According to the filing, the roughly $500,000 project will consist of interior and exterior renovations to an existing building.

Chipotle offers build-your-own options for burritos, bowls, salads, tacos and quesadillas. The eatery also sells guacamole and tortilla chips that are made fresh daily.
