Owned by Letty Martinez—who also owns of Yummy Tummy Bakery in Humble and New Caney—the new concept serves family recipes and specialty cocktails with menu items including menudo, carne guisada, carpacho salmon and chile en nogada, as well as tomahawk and ribeye steaks. The restaurant's signature dish, trompo, is marinated pork that is slowly cooked on a vertical rotisserie and then shaved tableside for tacos.
