Following a soft opening June 27, The Monk's Indian Bistro is now open in Humble.

The Indian fusion restaurant offers a menu of soups, kebabs, dosas, naan, fried rice, biryani and noodle dishes, in addition to entrees like chicken tikka masala and shrimp vindaloo.

In addition to dine-in service, the eatery also offers delivery through third parties including Uber Eats and DoorDash.
