Following a fire at its brick-and-mortar location in November, The Rusty Buckle BBQ Co. began serving barbecue out of its new food trailer Jan. 31, officials with the East Montgomery County Improvement District announced Jan. 30.

The Rusty Buckle BBQ Co. serves a variety of barbecued meats, ranging from brisket and pulled pork to jalapeno cheese sausage and pork ribs. Sides, such as Dirty Mac and Rusted Tater Salad, and desserts, such as Dr. Pepper Cake and Apple Pie Eggroll, are also available.

The food trailer will be open Wednesday-Saturday while repairs continue on the brick-and-mortar location.
