Following a grand opening celebration Jan. 13, Porky's Backyard officially opened for business Jan. 14. The family- and pet-friendly food truck park and bar features state-of-the-art Formula 1 racing simulators, a 40-tap beer wall and a slate of food trucks serving a variety of cuisines.
