Dubbed "Kenswick at 1960 Distribution Center," the state-of-the-art industrial complex will consist of two front-load distribution buildings totaling 392,650 square feet, per the release.
"North Houston continues to stand out as a dynamic industrial hub," said Keith Gabrielson, senior associate at Triten Real Estate Partners, in a statement. "With labor shortages persisting nationwide, it's increasingly critical for users to secure infill sites near cost-effective labor. The FM 1960 corridor offers access to a large, skilled workforce within a pro-business environment, which will continue to attract top-tier tenants."
According to the release, commercial real estate service provider CBRE has been selected to lease the facility. Construction is expected to wrap up this fall, per information on Triten's website.
