Triten Real Estate Partners broke ground on a new 171,000-square-foot distribution center in Humble, officials announced in an Oct. 30 news release.

Per the release, the front-load distribution facility is tailored for mid-size tenants and will be able to house one to three tenants with suite sizes ranging from 50,000 square feet to 171,000 square feet.

The distribution center will feature:
  • Two end-cap offices
  • Ample trailer parking
  • Secured truck courts
  • 41 dock-high doors to floor space
The center is strategically positioned near George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and between major corridors including Beltway 8, I-45 and Hwy. 59. Neighboring tenants include Amazon, DHL and FedEx, according to the release.
