A groundbreaking ceremony for the upcoming Bridges Point Office Park in Atascocita is projected to be held this summer, according to officials with Edmonds & Company Real Estate.
Located at the southeast corner of Will Clayton Boulevard and West Lake Houston Parkway, the office park will consist of 10 buildings that will house either three, four or five 1,225-square-foot units.
According to Cody Christoph, a representative with Edmonds & Company Real Estate, the development will be the first new office park constructed in the Atascocita and Humble area in 10 years.
“Early feedback from chamber and business community—both ownership and tenant prospects—has been that the Bridges Point project is well positioned for success and provides a much-needed product for the community,” Christoph said.
