Officials from Walmart Supercenter in Humble are holding a ribbon cutting ceremony June 27 to celebrate the completion of a roughly $3 million renovation project, according to a June 11 Facebook post from Partnership Lake Houston.

As previously reported by Community Impact, the project consisted of an expansion for an online grocery department and upgrades to the store’s pharmacy, vision center, deli and bakery.

Walmart offers clothing, home goods, electronics, groceries and more, with 10,500 locations and 2.1 million employees worldwide, according to its website.

According to Partnership Lake Houston's post, the ribbon cutting ceremony will be held from 7-7:30 a.m. at the store.
